@WordsmithFL A simple top-down control dictatorship doesn't necessarily need space assets. Take away the technology advantages of the US, and it could even up the battlefield, for sure.
@danalan All spacefaring nations know space combat is like shooting themselves in the foot, although Russia did an ASAT test in November 2021 that caused their own #ISS crew to take shelter with us.
