He is an air general, second stage will began strategic bombardment of city's Ukraine with TU-22M3, TU-95MC, and TU-160 ...even as in Syria (2015).

I'm not so sure he will succeed in doing much this time around. Just my honest opinion due to how resourceful UA has been while RU is always stammering to hold any key portion of land.
