@culinarycara ITA! I make chili with ground turkey because I don't eat mammals but second or third day.. allowing those spices to mellow and mix.. YUM!

@TrueBloodNet I can't knock ground turkey, I use it half the time in my chili recipes π π
@culinarycara There are some dishes turkey does not translate to as well as mammals, like meatballs. But if you're using it ground in a sauce it's great. :)
