The military is very likely to have done preparatory planning and may have stocks of the most urgently required military aid already in Europe. This will speed up delivery to Ukraine once the legislation is signed by the President.
Pentagon spokesman General Ryder has recently noted that “We have a very robust logistics network that enables us to move matériel very quickly as we’ve done in the past. We can move within days.”

Feeling sooooo good today after hearing all this! It may be months late, but man I feel the lift in the hearts of those Ukrainian heroes on the battlefield. KI expect we’ll see some decisive movement on the fronts in the next few weeks in favour of the Ukrainian army.
