I never worked from home. But I did live for a while with a woman that did. Even back n the day she had very strict rules. She was a nonfiction manuscript editor.

Yep.
She got up every weekday morning and ate, then showered and got dressed in work clothes. She had an office with a door the closed.
And a do not disturb sign.
She was very successful.

Great rules. I had my own marketing consulting firm in a home office. You must have rules. Including for yourself. Working in my jammies affected the quality of my work.
