Listen up buckaroo, my older sister was a freedom rider, and later, she I and a few other folks opened Anarchy books in Chicago. Me and my siblings worked hard with the women of the Black Panthers to feed kids.
And I have been "resisting" since before you were born. Just being loud is not enough. Being angry might help, but only in the short term.
