As is mentioned in the article, there's a distribution problem. Unfortunately some with agendas will use this information to push increase in births in rich countries, when immigration is the answer. It doesn't even have to be literal immigration. Tax corporations who take their jobs elsewhere and put that money into programs like Social Security.
