Massive missile attack on Dnipro Ukraine.
Just got word from inside the city, not my source, but a friend of mine has a contact there.
He said a bunch got through, and explosions were heard.
People in shelters now. Power off in parts of city.

It is 4:45 AM there, so we wait till daylight to see damage.
