The virtue of small grassroots relief organizations, is that they can remain messy, not perfect, a bit disorganized, and still be very effective. Mutual Aid is based at the human level, not the organizational level. They don't become bureaucracies, or institutions. This is there beauty, to be parts loosely bound, rather than systems of imposed hierarchy. Stay loose, stay flexible, make a lot of mistakes, then correct them and move on.
