I just received an email from the local credit union, that I do all my banking with.
They are allocating 2 million $, to a special fund, to make 0% apr loans to anyone affected by the fires. These loans are not just for members, but anyone affected. Also they are deferring first payment till February 2021. They are hiring staff to go out into the field, shelters, and the community, and help sign people up. No collateral needed. No credit check.
