The #Trump #MAGA lies about the government controlling the #Weather reminded me of, when I worked #NASA education at #KSC, how I'd be asked "where are the NASA weather machines." People insisted NASA had weather machines on the coastline controlling the weather!
I'd tell them there's no such thing, go see for yourself, but they wouldn't believe me.
It didn't happen often, maybe five times a year, but it *did* happen.
@LnzyHou @WordsmithFL It's the latter but I didn't think it's the fault of the gullible. There are evil people out there trying to manipulate others for personal gain. Blame them.
@danielbsmith @LnzyHou @WordsmithFL They lie do often we can’t tell the truth from the lies any longer. Add to that the failing educational system that doesn’t teach you how to do research and the television that sensationalizes our news, well we’re a big old mess.
