Starting a holiday can be hard, anticipating the trials of the day—whether it entails being around others or managing alone…
And now that the day is winding down, it’s time to process what happened and perhaps soothe the hurts incurred on purpose or by accident.
So I’m sending out some more love with hope it reaches the hearts that need it.
To all the lovely CoSonauts who helped get this site 100% funded, thank you. This means that @th3j35t3r isn't paying out of pocket. He provides the sandbox, we build the castles. If you like this here, I encourage you all to consider helping every month. Be it going Pro, donations, or just help bring other good people here.
Having worked my tail off all day cooking and cleaning and hosting Thanksgiving dinner, I figured I could finally relax and enjoy some #football (if that’s what the Giants and Cowboys are playing) but Tom Brady’s yammering commentary is nearly unbearable. I’m a long time Patriots fan but Brady is dead to me.
Well would you look at that. 👀
Either you've all dug deep between the sofa cushions overnight or the end of month subs are coming in strong.
Either way, we are to being #100PercentFunded
I know most of my followers are already Pro members, but if you're new you may not have fully committed yet... it would be great if you could hit the donorbox up as a one off with US$7 for our 7th anniversary, just to get us over the line until you do decide... that would be appreciated.
I am thankful for so many things

So I have to work today ( nursing home ), and I can't wait to see families pour into here to visit their elderly parents, and inevitably bring Covid in with them because no one will be wearing a mask.
If this place has an outbreak in 1-2 weeks, not only will I not be surprised, but I'm going to say "Called it!".
Life imitates art? It's a WKRP Thanksgiving (sort of)!
"For the third straight year, a resident named Esther Keim has been flying low and slow in a small plane over rural parts of south-central Alaska, dropping frozen turkeys to those who can’t simply run out to the grocery store."
