Made banana muffins from Chef Jose Andres’ recipe in the World Central Kitchen cookbook recipe for banana bread. Takes a while, but the resulting muffins are so dense and moist and delicious! I love to cut them into three layers and slather them with butter. It’s almost a meal in itself! The perfect comfort food. #CoSoCooks

Maybe it’s the rum… but more likely the fact that I add extra vanilla extract.
