As tropical storm Debby nears Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina, here’s the link to my list of emergency preparedness tips to safeguard yourself, your loved ones (including pets), and your property.
@cassandra17lina As of the 5 a.m. advisory, it looks like Debby may stall and meander, dumping obscene amounts of rain on us. We haven't seen rain like this since October 3-5, 2015, when Charleston saw 11 inches of rain in just one day, the all-time record here, and 18" over that 3 day span. (Boone Hall Plantation, in Mount Pleasant, saw 2 feet.)
@POOetryma I’ve seen flooding in Charleston SC with just an inch or two of rain. Stay safe!
