This is why I dropped my monthly contribution to the ACLU. At age 71, I’m not interested in a generations-long “solution” to an existential threat. I worked for passage of the Equal Rights Amendment in Massachusetts in the 1970s. Calling for new Amendments is ridiculous.

I quit contributing to ACLU 10+ yrs ago. I have not seen the results I thought they should produce.

@cassandra17lina I don't see an amendment anytime soon . . . short of a constitutional convention. And don't we all want to take a peek in that box?😏
