It’s 93 degrees with 78% humidity here in North Carolina and a woman just jogged past my house. Why?

@ACG2 I give out a LOT of bottles of water and sports drinks to delivery people, contractors (mine and other people’s), and people who work outside. Joggers out voluntarily are lower on my priority list.
