Is there a good atheist equivalent to "Bless You" meaning, thank you for being a good person and fighting the good fight?

@bluesbaby I just use "gesundheit" to wish them good health. Honestly, I'm not sure if I am fully atheist yet, but wishing good health always seemed decent and well understood to me.

@carver I am not asking about a sneeze, just a general bless you (you are a good person and do good) comment.

@bluesbaby oh misread. For that I normally just do a thank you.
