@InYourLibrary wow. I haven't played in so long but been playing for over 10 years. #DnD got me some of my best gaming experiences. Lately been doing more Board Games though. Missing the RPing
@InYourLibrary here is a part of our game collection. My group as of late plays mostly social deduction games. One Night Ultimate Werewolf, Secret Hitler, etc. We vary up. My wife and I are also playing games like Takenoko with our son. Just got Illimat off Kickstarter too. https://counter.social/media/BhI22ftAlSpHTRi8X9M
@InYourLibrary I take it you recommend Dragonfire. Curious, have you played Shadowrun Crossfire? I believe it's a similar game. Curious if you had a comparison. Been thinking of picking up Dragonfire but haven't yet.
@carver CS is back up and I can finally reply 😄
We played through the Dragonfire tutorial (which was brutal for 2 players) and one of the first campaigns this weekend. The cards are gorgeous and it's a very challenging deck builder. Also love how you add skills and level up your character cards.
I'd recommend it 👍
@InYourLibrary good to hear. Been looking into more cooperative games. Might add it to the list. A lot we have have a betrayal mechanic that while I love, it is nice to just be friendly once in a while.
@carver What've you been board gaming lately?
Right now we're gearing up to play some Dragonfire! Admittedly, it is a D&D deck building game tho :D
The cards are so pretty https://counter.social/media/ETZiK2EPwjFs3EYR6f0
