Just in: A judge has ruled in favor of the Navajo Nation, saying NINE precincts in Apache County, AZ will be allowed to stay open two hours past the statewide deadline of 7 PM because of voting issues in those precincts.

Not good. According to Greg Palast, a MAGA mob shut down voting in Camilla, Georgia (73% Black township). The polls hadn’t even opened by 3pm. This threatens certification of #Georgia’s Electoral College vote under the rules of the new MAGA-controlled State Elections Board.

Voters who signed up for his “million-dollar” sweepstakes are now filing suit against Musk and his America PAC, claiming they were misled on how the winners were chosen, according to Bloomberg.

The ACLU of PA reports that a judge in Northampton County refused to extend voting hours, despite waits of 6+ hours near Lehigh University. But if you’re in line at 8 p.m, you can vote. If the Banana Factory is your polling place and you haven’t voted yet, get in line by 8!
