@duglop The article doesn't say if the campaign reported it. That's the essential element of the crime (the cover up).

@carmen actually, Rachel did a piece on it - Stormy set up a camera for an expected phone call and video'd the call - but it wasn't the call she expected....

@duglop It is fine to pay her for silence, as odd as that sounds. The thing to check for is if the campaign disclosed it. If he did, there's no crime.
