@CherNohio From all I’ve read (and I’ve read volumes about insomnia) what you did is the right thing. From what I remember from researching my issue, you should never lie abed longer than 45 minutes without sleep. Get up do something active (I scrub floors) and head back to bed again when you feel tired. Only problem is when there isn’t enough time when you finally feel tired again. My newest insomnia activity is combing my collie MacGregor.
