@catlynne333 You mean the ones that say, “We can’t keep you from turning into your parents”? Yeah, Mom and I find ourselves saying, “Now, what’s wrong with that?!” in response to a lot of the behaviors that guy “corrects” in the supposed new home owners.

As a general rule, I have a deep respect for police and sheriff organizations. I have just had some personal bad experiences during my independent adult life because of attitudes toward my #ASD and the fact that my antiseizure meds dilate my pupils.

@DavidSalo Unfortunately, we have some police in my area who make avoiding traffic court unavoidable. There’s one officer in particular who thinks he transforms into an omnipotent being when he dons his uniform, and his name is known throughout the county with a groan. He also likes to take home samples of certain substances they confiscate during arrests.

@Minholkin I had a friend 2nd grade through age 37 who was full of anger but insisted she didn’t need help because it made her strong. She was a toxic friend who constantly put me and the things/people I loved down, but whenever I tried to talk to her about it, everything was somehow my fault. I finally realized at age 37 I had to stop spending time with her because she was making my depression/anxiety worse. All my other friends had moved away but she was bad for me.

My apartment manager just called to tell me a resident of my building found my credit card in the parking lot. Thank God! I’ve been stewing all night and day trying to figure out what happened to it, and I’ve been watching for unexpected charges all night and day too. Now I can relax. Thank God, and thank that person for being honest!

If Johnny Depp had a mare that had just foaled or a dog/cat with a fresh litter & was letting kids come to observe animal mother/baby behavior, that’d be welcome news, but even that wouldn’t be worth breaking up regularly scheduled programming.
