@Minholkin I had a friend 2nd grade through age 37 who was full of anger but insisted she didn’t need help because it made her strong. She was a toxic friend who constantly put me and the things/people I loved down, but whenever I tried to talk to her about it, everything was somehow my fault. I finally realized at age 37 I had to stop spending time with her because she was making my depression/anxiety worse. All my other friends had moved away but she was bad for me.
