Project manager: So, I was thinking we’ll do a version 1, and then later when we can we’ll do a version 2 to add #accessibility.

Me: No. Accessibility can’t just be put off. We just need build it right the first time.

The fact that our PM is actually a great guy just makes this so much more disheartening. The “I” in DEI stands for inclusion. Building something (a project related to DEI, no less) that excludes #disabled people is not inclusion.
