Today is turning out to be a shocking contrast between the week long pronouncements of unity at the GOP convention that were more lip service than substance, and the sudden cyclonic gathering of force excitement, and optimism behind Kamala Harris that has, in a matter of hours, sucked the cynicism, lethargy, and anxiety out of the Democratic Party, awakened it's diversified coalition, and defined it's singular objective - to defend the democracy that harbors the hope for better tomorrows.
@jackdetate For the ones that pushed for this in congress and in the news cycle, they better go full in and put their money, time , and energy where their giant mouths are. They wasted enough time and put a good man and president through a bunch of crap. It better not be for nothing.
