Reading about courts blocking the SAVE plan, and this is why we need a younger President: We need one who can do crime when the courts block their attempts to do stuff legally.

@bmacmixer Trump v. US held that Presidents have immunity from prosecution when doing official acts as President. Ergo, a President can commit crimes to further his political agenda, scot-free.
So if Biden really wants to give us student loan forgiveness, he can do it by committing a crime - say by stealing all the borrower data. And the courts cannot stop him.
