Lindy Li:
Why is the Washington Post blasting patriots like Milley?
Why is ABC pushing pro-Trump polls?
Why is 60 Minutes mainstreaming seditionists like Greene?
Why is the New York Times normalizing fascists?
1) Trumpism sells
2) Their billionaire owners don’t want Biden’s wealth tax

@Bix MSNBC too is blasting breathless about a neck and neck horse race according to their polls.
Then they do stories about threats to officials in all 4 indictments. Could it be that people don’t care to answer the stupid polls because they worry about being targeted?
I shut it down when they start going off about the polls anymore. Screw em. I don’t need the stress.
@mikeharmanos @Bix I don’t know. Fear is not always completely rational. Oh look another news story saying White Nationalism is on the rise in America. I’m just saying I don’t take the polls as seriously as the news people want us too anymore. The have been wrong before especially this far out from Election Day.
@mikeharmanos @Bix No I do not believe polling companies themselves use fear and intimidation. I’m saying one of several possible factors to the Inaccuracy is fear as well as other factors you mention. It’s more a commentary on the news organizations dramatizing every second of a campaign season as a horse race. Saying polls should be taken with a grain of salt doesn’t fit their narrative. The drama queens of even the networks I may watch are wearing thin on me and I’m shutting them off more.
@bmacmixer @Bix For your own health and well being, please, turn off cable news. It’s so not worth it.
@mikeharmanos I think it’s up to the individual how they digest information and from what sources but I appreciate your concern and your opinion.
@bmacmixer @Bix I think what I hear you saying is: People do not answer polls based on fear of retaliation by someone.
Although *the vast majority* of polling companies do not use intimidation or retaliation, there are some politically-based pollsters that compromise the privacy of the respondents.
A nationwide Presidential poll is generally bunk because they don’t poll a statistically significant number of people in key swing states. You’re correct to have suspicions.
