Morning spent adjusting headlight fitment. Figured out the adjusters too. Then got to work wiring the fog lights. What a fucking chore. Had to find a place for the relay and fuse. Then had to run the switch/fuse box wiring down through a hole behind the pedals and up into the dash. Multi-meter confirmed a fuse connection that only has power when key is at "On" position. Hooked up the + wire there, grounded the switch/lights. Hooked to + batt. terminal. Hey presto, let there be fog lights.

After dark we putted over to the AutoZone just down the street to test the light's adjustment. Flat parking lot with a wall to point at, you know. Driver side is a smidge high. Passenger is a smidge low, and needs to toe out just a bit. Damn it. Guess I'll be doing that in the morning, lol. Ought to be the last time I have to fuck with the lights till I get LEDs for em. .. It better be, anyway.

@blackknight95857669 Gotta admit, I've owned my car for coming up on 7 years, and I'm still tickled by watching the LED headlights do their little calibration dance when I start the car. I've got a MK7 GTI with the adaptive headlight option.

@MakerWerks Nice. With these new assemblies I prob don't HAVE to get LEDs.. but I am getting tired of being one of the few on the road around here without blinding headlights. Or maybe everyone is just driving with their brights on...

@Gardenthymeherbs Had a Nissan Sentra before this truck. Trust me, I know lol. I'm still debating if I really need LEDs for the headlights. Gonna replace the rest of the running lights with em tho.
