@Diva007 funny story, we left the oven on too night at the last part where it’s uncovered. But it turned out almost perfect.

@LnzyHou my wife took a class run by someone in the neighborhood. They split their old family starter, which is what we now have. This was my wife’s first try - not bad at all!!
