@bfgreen It's such a simple device, yet it makes such a nice cup of coffee. I also get my beans from Mad Priest Coffee Roasters, a local ethically sourced roasting house. I'm currently enjoying their Cherubim Delight Holiday Blend.

@bfgreen I interviewed their owner a few years back for a cover story for our local alt-weekly newspaper. He was literally driving to Huehuetenango in Guatemala to visit a local coffee farm when I contacted him.
