Very many university libraries use a platform called Libguides to compile instructional material. So search for libguide and {topic} can yield a lot of professionally curated stuff. I.e.; https://duckduckgo.com/?q=libguide+media+literacy

Company sells a product with a transmitting radio, to operate in the USA the radio has to be registered with the FCC and the company labels the product with the FCC ID. Right? So then I can just look up the specs at the FCC.
But if the company didn't make that radio and I can't find a picture of that label on the intertubes, how can I find out what that radio is (already have msgs in to the company) ??

Beyond the headlines -- or page 5 articles, or press releases -- about COP28, there are binding agreements. Here's a quick view of what is and isn't getting written down.
"COP28 will culminate in a set of legal decisions, under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and its associated Kyoto Protocol and Paris Agreement.
This set of legal texts lies at the heart of COP28 – and every other UN climate summit."

The Polish vice-minister of national defence, Marcin Ociepa, told local media yesterday:
I categorically deny that such a situation occurred. Military convoys that cross the border are convoys escorted by military police. They pass in a completely different way, [the same] as emergency vehicles, and are not hostages of any protests.
@Alfred Good sir you are suggesting that I am simply enormous. How dare you.
