@Beanc my understanding from being out there a while back is new buyers always get an updated rate and legacy owners keep whatever rate they started with. So families do acrobatics to pass properties along.

@jackdetate that's a great show. The audio on their Tiny Desk is oddly poor.

Chiming in that I'd expect PoC to be represented in 20-40% of those CDO jobs to mirror larger populations. But not a lot more, because that would suggest they have to carry the effort for Caucasians. Who all told are no longer a majority in a lot of places just to further complicate the discussion.
