holy heck firefox's "Isolated web co" process is eating unreasonable amounts of CPU and memory. Latest build. Gotta be a new bug.

Big change for the industry, will take time but it's headed that way IMO.

I have stickers with embedded RFID antennae. Teeny bit more expensive than a normal paper label, but the scanner for them is much cheaper and less complex than the laser scanners*. Can be read from a distance and the orientation is mostly irrelevant.

*those laser scanners are insanely cool and accordingly expensive.
