@b4cks4w I like to use a garlic press. You put a peeled clove in and squeeze, and it’s forced out through little holes so it’s kind of a paste after.

Yeah, presses are cool but cleaning them is meh. Do you have one that's easy to clean?
@b4cks4w not especially, but if you get a stainless one and you scrape it out immediately so nothing dries in it, you can just put it in the dishwasher
@lemontart that's a great tip. Last one I had was aluminum and the dishwasher did bad things to it.

@b4cks4w I smash, then mince. Nothing more satisfying than turning your knife blade to the flat side and smashing with your fist, then a quick flip of the blade to mince.
