I'm the same. And names, too. That part of my brain is just missing, at least in the left hemisphere. I can remember a scary amount of other shit, give people gifts months later that they didn't remember mentioning that they would like, but I'll go to introduce people I've known for years, and nothing will come out of my mouth.

Musical stuff is different. It do very well remembering artists and songwriters for music.

@EileenKCarpenter Names fall away before introductions are over. I retain numbers, IP addresses etc. I made peace with my quirks over time.
