...the last 30 minutes was a closed meeting where the voenkors told Putin about problems facing Russian units. According to Sladkov, Putin said "I didn't know about this...I'm hearing about this for the first time" after hearing about problems.

@danielbsmith Agree, though by now the hole they're all in is too deep to get out of IMO regardless of rhetoric.
@b4cks4w This is #concerning. It's better for Ukraine if he doesn't know what's really going on. It's also better for the people telling him the bad news. They are all in danger of falling out of a random basement window to their death now.
