@b4cks4w I like one with memory, even an electric one can take a little time to go up and down, so a memory makes it a one hit and forget it adjustment. I’d also see if you could work out a good cable management solution - my cable management is terrible on mine and I just don’t think they can have a good cable management system.

@b4cks4w The SecretLab desk has a good cable management system from what I can tell, but it also means that if you want to put your monitors on arms, it’s going to make it harder to attach them.

@b4cks4w It’s worthwhile. oh, and a balance board or something like that is handy to keep you moving and entertained while you’re standing there.

I have a Whirlyboard, but I saw this other thing online - a Gibboard, I think (think a snowboard with a slack line in the middle) looks kind of fun.

And don’t forget a good chair. You may have all the intention of standing in the world, but the work day is long and you will fail.

@EnochianEntropy +1 balance board, am a champ with that.

My chair was $20 at ReStore and it's oddly fine. Past life I've had an Aeron and it wasn't $1k better than this junky thing.

@b4cks4w I have a SecretLab chair and the only complaint I have about it is that it’s kind of hard, but it’s very supportive. Hasn’t lost anything since I got it and I’ve had it almost a year.
