Back home in the Bible Belt, people got upset about it because he does not have any pants on, and is just standing there, pee pee on display, proud as can be. There was pearl clutching back home from some people.
Yet nobody in Paris, or Rome, I suppose, seemed to care at all.
I don't really have a point, it's funny, that's all.

IMO community standards are not binary, and context matters. An out of context penis or breast or foot or nose is perceived differently from the same put into various contexts.
