I can tell you, as an expat, that the democratic countries around the world are extremely anxious about the future and what's going on in America. I would say there is a range or a scale of "Authoritarianism" with Fascism at the most extreme. "Conservatism" doesn't even belong on this scale, which is what I’m saying about the media. In my way of looking at this by way of history to the present, people like Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, Putin, and Trump are true Fascists who have fomented the misery, suffering, and deaths of millions without themselves firing a shot. #USA Republicans are becoming very, very close! #Politics

If someone is having a bad day and wants to buy a gun to carry out a massacre, they need only pass a minimal background check. If I want to give blood to save lives - including the lives of victims of gun violence - I have to maintain an iron rich diet, answer dozens of highly personal questions about my medical history, vaccinations, medications, reproductive history, travels, personal habits, ethnicity, and sex life and undergo medical checks and blood testing. Life in America makes no sense.
