Crazy #TTRPG weapon ability:
It's a super awesome weapon but will absolutely never kill a living creature. All such creatures dropped by the weapon are instead rendered unconscious at 1 HP.
@aspecurian I played a character in a Marvel Superheroes campaign and spent one of my powers on a custom power: Cool Cape. It had no game effect whatsoever, but it always, billowed, furled and fluttered in the most awesome way.
