Day 10 of Covid. I’ve now got congestion in my lungs - which was my biggest concern because of my asthma. Plus, fluid behind my ears. Doctor gave me prednisone + azithromycin to hopefully improve by Friday. If not, I’ll need chest X-rays. Also, insomnia + fatigue is infuriating.

Just FYI- the main ingredient in a lot of cough medicine is a dissociative, which while helping your cough also makes you care less about the other miseries.
