The real alchemy is taking a nasty-ass avocado and turning it into the culinary masterpiece that is a really good guacamole.

@aspecurian I have not yet met an avocado I didn't like.

I like to think that guacamole is for everyone else, so they can enjoy an avocado when they don't like avocados.
