Here's the recipe:
1 large butternut squash, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
2 large tart cooking apples, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1/2 cup cranberries
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter (half a stick)
1 Tbsp flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
In a casserole dish, layer the squash, then the apples and then the cranberries. Mix the sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg together and sprinkle evenly over the top. Dot with butter (thin slices). Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
