Outdoor grill or grill pan?
@artemis Outdoor is better, but both work.
Charcoal is best. They get mildly smoked. Absolutely delicious.
The Chantilly is easy. I believe most anyone can make it.
@kel will I set the smoke alarm on if I make them on grill pan? do they even smoke??

Mostly I'm just going for the grill marks. And the cream. Don't have the stuff to make that right now, but it's a priority to get it made before peach season ends.
i like cinnamon ginger butter, pecans, caramel all wd go well w/ grilled peaches. Yay ! I have new combination to try this weekend 🤗
