The siren is half a block away from our apartment. All the doors and windows are closed and yet it’s loud as fuck. It stopped but I can still hear the ones in West Fargo going off.

Monthly tornado siren test (1pm on the first Wednesday of every month) AND an emergency broadcast test on the same day?
