@StonedElf I used to work at a psych hospital that treats both mental illness and drug addiction. I saw cannabis hyperemesis documented only twice in my 10 years there. It’s quite uncommon I think.

You don’t have to like everything that others like but please don’t go around commenting “I don’t like that”, “that’s gross”, “I would never eat that, ew”. It’s rude.

You can scroll past without commenting. I don’t like a lot of things posted here but I know I’ve posted things others don’t like either.

Nothing makes you want to shut up or leave more than being told your posts are wrong or gross just because someone else disagrees.

@MrGoat that sucks and is incredibly frustrating. If other people aren’t going to parent their kid(s), especially if they’re in my home, I feel like I’m obligated to speak up and do it for them. It was always done to me as a kid by relatives, teachers or church members.

@jenebene I wouldn’t call RDO a farmer. They’re a corporation. The RDO building in downtown Fargo is now the tallest building in the city. A ‘farmer’ doesn’t have capacity to build that.

Mourning for the parents you didn’t have. You had parents but, as an adult, you see how others had (and/or still have) much better or healthier relationships with their parents so you mourn that yours isn’t that great and you can’t change the past; you’re stuck with the memories of how they weren’t supportive or present…

Stir fry turned out okay. Always lots of veggies. I don’t usually use chicken thigh but might switch to it because it’s usually cheaper and SO tender.

Picked up some groceries, stopped at CVS, now getting a car wash then heading home.

I was giving the truck ahead of me a little room before pulling in behind him… and then a small Toyota or Ranger squeezed in ahead of me. If he thinks he was slick by budging he’s wrong. I let him.
