I’ve started to get emails from people at other facilities asking for guidance.
I’ve reached a new level in my career I guess.

Part of the key is that I will never admit to knowing everything because I don’t know everything but I’ll be damned if I won’t try to help you figure it out. If there’s a better way to do something let’s explore it. If we could be more efficient let’s try it. If I have the wrong info let me know. Work doesn’t have to suck. I’ll help if I can.

Baked cookies. Half of the batch is Reese’s peanut butter pieces/cup and the other half milk chocolate mint chip. Yum.

Turned out amazing. Definitely not something I can make more than 1x per year but wowza. Definitely need to do a better job skimming the fat off next time.

And now into the oven for 3 hours. It smells incredible already. #CoSoCooks

I didn’t plan to do any crafting but this roughly 24” tall nutcracker seemed simple enough imparted to the HUGE (6 foot tall) ones a few others tackled. This is a little over halfway done…
