Same but I found out ALL of my employees, and very likely myself as well, are underpaid. Absolutely livid about it, too.
@yogapaddlerun I want to keep pushing about it because my last 3 staff resignations they’ve left due to being paid better elsewhere.
I saw what the state hospital assoc compensation survey said about my employees’ pay so that must mean my pay is not on par (the highest tier pay for coders on the survey is $2/hr higher than what I make and I run the entire dept).
@annamuneca Hopefully the knowledge distribution with Millennials being open about their salary will end this awful game.
