Just a few months ago people were driving across the US chanting & shouting about their Freedom to choose (re: masks & vaccines). Awfully quiet now..

I know @stueytheround was part of the convo but I can’t find it to remember who else was involved but we were talking about homemade buttermilk.

I had leftover heavy cream from a recipe and instead of it turning sour in the fridge I whipped it up into butter + buttermilk!

ND Gov decided today is ‘ND Day of Prayer’. Incorrect. They should’ve called it “Day of Christian Prayer”. Never mind the residents of the state who are Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Shinto, etc. pretty much anything other than Christian.

Kevin Cramer is a giant tool & we’re stuck with him until 2025.. but John Hoeven is up for re-election this year. He’s another tool whose net worth is $37mil. He doesn’t need to be making laws. #politics #abortion

Not gonna lie.. “marry me chicken” recipe IS pretty good. Linguini for spouse, sautéed zucchini for me.

Shopping snack. We were all sort of stunned when we found out Dots Pretzels got bought out by Hershey’s for $1.2billion. Really hope they don’t mess them up because they’re a ND treasure and SO good.

Yay it’s Sunday! That means baking a sheet pan of 🥓 bacon to be used in lunch sandwiches all week. I put it behind a sensitive content warning to assuage drool and rumbly tummies

Bake went well I think. Top 3 rows were on bottom rack, bottom 3 rows were on top rack - interesting difference. Going to let them cool for an hour before I whip up the diplomat cream to fill them. #CoSoBakes
