The neighbor next to us said he will be moving out soon so we’re going to see if maybe we can move to that apartment. It’s on the corner with a better view down the street for people watching plus a little more space.

Changed our minds about moving. We’d rather not move more often than we have to. Spouse is dead set on buying within the next 3-5 years when his student loans are paid off.
